4.1 This Agreement applies to any person who applies for a teacher`s certificate as a condition of employment on the Board of Directors, in particular the exemption of the Superintendent of Schools, Assistant Superintendents, Management Directors, Principals and Staff Supervisors. 1.3.1 has the exclusive power to conduct collective bargaining with TEBA on behalf of all teachers in bargaining units and to bind teachers in all collective agreements with regard to essential conditions; and 16.3.1 Such a difference, hereinafter referred to as “complaint”, must be submitted in writing to the Superintendent of Schools and the Executive Assistant of the Premises and to the Coordinator of Teacher Assistance of the Association within 30 days of the discovery of the difference. This complaint sets out the nature of the complaint, the clauses of this agreement, which would have been violated, and the remedy sought. 15.2 “Central Position” means any item italicised in this Collective Agreement. (b) TEBA and the Association may mutually agree to continue with an arbitration body composed of a single arbitrator and not an arbitration body of three persons. In this case, TEBA and the association shall appoint, within fifteen days of operation following the agreement of continuation with a single arbitrator, a person who shall serve as the sole arbitrator. If the person is unable to agree on the person to act as sole arbitrator, either party may request in writing that the Director of Mediation Services not be appointed as necessary. 11.2.2 Subject to the terms of performance insurance contracts, teachers on maternity, adoption or parental leave may make arrangements through the Board of Directors to pay in advance 100% of the applicable benefit premiums provided for in the existing collective agreement, for a maximum period of twelve months in advance. 13.3.1 From the 2017/18 school year: The president of Local 37 receives from the board a corresponding salary in accordance with the collective agreement and is subject to its provisions. Notwithstanding other provisions of this collective agreement, the Native may set a higher salary or allowance, which shall be notified to the Human Resources Service Centre. The premises shall reimburse the Council for all remuneration, allowances and benefits under this provision for the periods requested by the Board. The increase in salaries and allowances paid under this provision is not circled in red. 19.2 A teacher who is in the A.T.A.

The committee of the subcommittee on local teacher negotiation is granted with salary and social benefits, less the expenses of a substitute teacher, to meet with representatives of the board of directors to negotiate a collective agreement. The salary of the substitute teacher is paid by the native. Support staff work throughout the department in our schools and offices. These professionals organize offices, host families in school offices, and work with students in classrooms, businesses, labs, libraries, and kitchens. 16.7 By mutual agreement between the Board of Directors and the Association, each of the dates of this clause may be extended, but in the absence of mutual agreement, failure by the bereaved party to comply with any of the time limitations shall result in the loss of the complaint. 8.3.1 Teachers have the right to assist in defining the grouping of pupils for teaching purposes and in defining teaching and other obligations, in accordance with the directives of the Board of Directors and the terms of this Agreement. It is the responsibility of each teacher to provide such instruction and to perform the tasks assigned by the principal. . . .
